Family Mediation and Parenting Coordination for Trinity
Trinity is an unincorporated community in Pasco County, home to 11,924 people at the 2020 Census.
Jessica Oliver, LCSW (SW18101), is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator (44460 CF) and a Qualified Parenting Coordinator. She has more than ten years of social work experience and has been a Florida LCSW since 2021. She earned her BSW at Saint Leo University and her MSW at the University of Southern California, and is an adjunct professor in Cleveland State University's MSW program. She never serves the same family as both mediator and parenting coordinator.
You can meet Jessica in person or on Zoom. Her office is in downtown Dade City, at 38008 Live Oak Ave, Suite 2, Dade City, FL 33523. It is open Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with weekends by appointment. Some families use Zoom, with each parent at home. Either way, Jessica stays neutral and gives neither party legal advice.
Why mediation comes first for many Trinity families
Some parents would rather not argue their family matters in open court. Mediation is usually more private, and it lets you shape a schedule around school calendars, work shifts and weekend plans instead of handing every decision to someone else.
Services for Pasco County families
Family mediation for parenting plans, time-sharing, child support, alimony, and dividing property or debts
Parenting coordination for parents who need help sticking to a plan that is already in place
Collaborative divorce, where Jessica serves as the neutral facilitator (the mental health professional on the team)
How a session works
The first step is a free 30-minute consult. When a session is on Zoom, Jessica sends a secure link and explains confidentiality and the format. Some families stay together the whole time, and others meet with her separately in private breakout rooms. Points of agreement go into writing, and each person signs electronically when they are comfortable.
Fees
Mediation is $200 per hour, billed in tenth-of-an-hour (6-minute) increments. Zoom sessions cost the same, and the retainer is set case by case.

Trinity FAQs
Can we meet in person?
Yes. Families from the Trinity community can meet at Jessica's office in downtown Dade City, open Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM with weekends by appointment, or meet by Zoom.
My co-parent lives in another county. Does that matter?
Not if you meet on Zoom. You each join from wherever you are.
Is Zoom secure enough for something this personal?
Meetings are password protected, and Jessica asks each person to join from somewhere private. She reviews the privacy steps with you before you begin.
Will Jessica write our final paperwork?
Jessica records the terms you agree on in a written agreement. She does not give legal advice, so many people ask their own attorney to look it over.
Is the first consultation free?
Yes. It is a free 30-minute consult, and you can book it online at a time that works for you. It is a chance to ask questions and see whether mediation fits your family before you commit to anything.
