About Jessica

I’m Jessica Oliver, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Florida Supreme Court Mediator. After navigating the court system both personally and professionally, I founded Calm in Chaos, a family mediation and collaborative conflict resolution practice. I offer divorce mediation, collaborative divorce facilitation, and divorce services to help individuals and families move through conflict with clarity, compassion, and dignity.

With advanced training in Collaborative Divorce Practice and a background in trauma-informed care, I bring a calm, structured presence to emotionally charged situations. Whether you’re navigating separation, building a parenting plan, or struggling to communicate with your co-parent, I offer thoughtful, grounded support every step of the way.

I earned my Bachelor’s in Social Work from Saint Leo University and my Master’s in Clinical Social Work from the University of Southern California, specializing in military trauma. Over the years, I’ve worked in inpatient psychiatric units, veterans hospitals, schools, domestic violence shelters, and community mental health programs—settings where high-conflict dynamics were a daily reality. That experience deeply shaped my approach: steady, emotionally intelligent, and rooted in respect for every voice at the table. Today, I use those skills to guide families through complex conversations and high-stakes decisions with empathy and structure.
