This appointment is for existing clients to schedule time to meet with Jessica to provide updates or further information she may require to help resolve any parenting disputes.
Mediation
Schedule your mediation with Jessica. Mediation is billed at $200 per hour and requires a 2-hour minimum. During this time, Jessica will work with both parties and their attorneys to resolve any outstanding issues in their case. Mediation is your best chance to reach an agreement and avoid costly trials.

Mediation communications are confidential under Florida's Mediation Confidentiality and Privilege Act (Fla. Stat. §44.401–§44.405). What is said during mediation generally cannot be disclosed or used as evidence in court, which allows both parties to speak openly enough to resolve the issue.
There are narrow exceptions set by statute, including a signed written agreement, a threat of bodily harm, or a required report of abuse or neglect, and I will explain those before we begin.
Your free 15-minute consultation is a private intake conversation rather than a mediation session; it is treated with the same discretion, and I'll walk you through exactly how confidentiality applies to your situation before you commit to anything.

The free 15-minute consultation is for you alone, and it is completely normal for one person to reach out first. We'll use that time to talk through your situation, whether mediation, parenting coordination, or collaborative divorce is the right fit, and what the process would look like.
Mediation requires both parties to participate, so if we move forward, I'll explain how to approach the other person or reach out to them directly, whichever feels more workable for you. As a neutral, I don't represent either side, so you can both call me with questions.

Both options are available, and virtual is fully equivalent, not a lesser version.
I mediate by secure video across all of Florida, and meet in person throughout Central Florida, including Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, Hernando, Lake, Sumter, and Orange counties.
Virtual sessions are often the better choice in high-conflict situations, because parties can be placed in separate virtual rooms and never have to sit across a table from each other. They also remove travel, childcare, and time-off-work barriers that stop people from scheduling in the first place.

Free 15-minute consultations are usually available within 3 to 5 business days, and full mediation sessions are typically available within 1-2 weeks, depending on both parties' availability.
