Mediation

Jessica is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator (44460 CF). Mediation gives both sides a structured, neutral place to work toward an agreement of their own.

Parenting coordination

As a Florida parenting coordinator, Jessica works with co-parents to manage disagreements about parenting plans and day-to-day decisions.

Collaborative divorce facilitation

Jessica serves as a neutral facilitator (the mental health professional on the team) in collaborative divorce cases.

Jessica never serves the same family as both mediator and parenting coordinator.

Where and how

Jessica meets in person in Hillsborough, Pasco, Hernando and Sumter counties and on Zoom everywhere else in Florida. The office is in downtown Dade City. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, and weekends are by appointment.

Fees are $200 per hour, billed in tenth-of-an-hour (6-minute) increments, and Zoom sessions cost the same. The retainer is set case by case. All case work is billable.
