Online Family Mediation for St. Petersburg, Florida
St. Petersburg and Pinellas County clients work with Jessica virtually, through Zoom. Whether you're in Old Northeast, Kenwood, Gulfport or out toward the beaches, you can take part without crossing the bridges or hunting for parking downtown.
Jessica brings three credentials to the virtual table: Florida Supreme Court certification as a family mediator (#44460F), a clinical social work license, and qualification as a parenting coordinator. She stays neutral and does not advise either party on the law.
Why some St. Pete families try mediation first
Mediation lets you settle family matters without arguing them in open court. It tends to be more private, and parents can shape a schedule around real life, like school calendars, restaurant or hospital shifts, and weekend plans, rather than leaving every detail to someone else.
Virtual services for Pinellas County
Family mediation over Zoom: parenting plans, time-sharing, child support, alimony and dividing property or debts
Parenting coordination online: guidance for parents who need help following a plan that is already in place
Collaborative divorce: neutral facilitation for couples whose attorneys use the collaborative model
How a Zoom session works
After a complimentary 15-minute call, Jessica sends a secure link and explains confidentiality and the session format. During the meeting she can keep everyone together or shift to private breakout rooms. She summarizes points of agreement in writing, and documents are signed electronically once each person is comfortable.
A note on Pinellas courts
Pinellas County is within Florida's Sixth Judicial Circuit. Jessica's private mediation is independent of the court, and this is general information, not legal guidance.

St. Petersburg FAQs
Can I meet Jessica in person in St. Petersburg?
Sessions for Pinellas County are virtual only, held by Zoom.
My co-parent lives in Tampa and I live in St. Pete. Does that matter?
Not for a virtual session. Each of you joins from your own location.
What if hurricane season disrupts our schedule?
Parents can talk through backup plans for storm closures and evacuations so the children's routine has a clear fallback both of you understand.
Is Zoom secure enough for something this personal?
Jessica uses password-protected meetings and asks participants to join from private spaces. She'll review privacy steps before you begin.
Will Jessica write our final paperwork?
She records the terms you reach in a written agreement. She doesn't provide legal advice, so many people have their own attorney review it.
