How We Help

Our evaluations are designed to meet USCIS and immigration court requirements while honoring the lived experiences of each client. I specialize in working with individuals impacted by trauma, fear, persecution, or instability, and we approach each case with dignity, cultural sensitivity, and psychological depth.

  • Clinical Interview (1–2 Sessions)

Conducted virtually or in person, our trauma-informed, culturally-sensitive interviews are designed to understand your lived experiences, symptoms, and mental health history in depth.

    Record Review

When available, we review supporting documents such as medical records, legal paperwork, affidavits, and other case-related materials to strengthen the evaluation.

    Validated Psychological Screenings

We use evidence-based assessment tools to evaluate trauma, depression, anxiety, and related conditions relevant to your immigration case.

    Comprehensive Written Report

Delivered within 10 business days (expedited options available), your report is written in clear, accessible language for immigration attorneys, judges, and USCIS officials.

    Collaboration with Attorneys

We communicate directly with your legal team to ensure the evaluation aligns with your case goals and addresses specific legal questions.

  • I am deeply committed to working alongside you and your legal team to craft a precise, clinically sound psychological evaluation that strengthens your immigration case. I aim to help your voice be heard through a trauma-informed lens and with professional clarity.

While a psychological evaluation can be critical in your immigration process, please note that it does not guarantee an outcome such as citizenship, legal residency, or visa approval. The final decision rests with immigration authorities. I provide a thorough, evidence-based report to support your application with honesty, respect, and care.

  • I have worked with countless interpreters and can provide referrals for interpreter services.

For accuracy and to protect the integrity of your case, family members and friends cannot serve as interpreters. Using a professional interpreter ensures an unbiased and reliable report that won’t jeopardize your evaluation or case.
