Divorce Support Services
Helping You Navigate Divorce Without Losing Yourself
Divorce Is More Than a Legal Process
Divorce doesn’t just affect legal status—it reshapes relationships, parenting dynamics, and the emotional landscape of your family. At Calm in Chaos, I provide trauma-informed support services for individuals and families moving through divorce who need more than just legal resolution. These services focus on communication, co-parenting, emotional regulation, and child-centered planning—because how you divorce matters just as much as what gets decided.
Whether you’re in the early stages of separation, adjusting to post-divorce parenting, or navigating high-conflict communication, I offer calm, structured support to help you move forward with dignity and clarity.
🤍 A Supportive Approach to Family Change
Each service is grounded in:
Neutrality – I hold space for everyone without taking sides
Structure – Clear plans, boundaries, and expectations
Emotional Intelligence – A trauma-informed lens on conflict and healing
Child-Centered Values – Your child’s long-term well-being comes first
Flexibility – Virtual or in-person sessions available
Services Offered
Parenting Coordination
Parenting Coordination is for high-conflict co-parents who need neutral, structured support to implement parenting plans, resolve disputes, and reduce recurring issues that can’t be settled through text or email. As your Parenting Coordinator, I help keep the focus on your child’s needs, offer coaching on healthier communication, and assist with day-to-day decision-making when cooperation is difficult. This service is especially helpful when court orders are in place, but the conflict remains high.
Mediation Coaching
Mediation Coaching is one-on-one support to help you prepare emotionally and mentally for an upcoming mediation or difficult family conversation. I help you clarify your goals, understand what triggers to watch for and strengthen your communication strategies. This service is especially useful for individuals who feel overwhelmed, intimidated, or unsure how to express themselves clearly in high-stakes discussions.
Parenting Plans
A strong parenting plan reduces future conflict and provides a roadmap for smoother co-parenting. I work with you (individually or with your co-parent) to develop or revise a comprehensive parenting plan that reflects your child’s best interests, your real-life schedule, and your family’s emotional needs. From holidays to daily routines, the goal is clarity, structure, and fewer misunderstandings.
Reunification Therapy
Reunification Therapy supports the gradual rebuilding of the relationship between a parent and child after estrangement, conflict, or prolonged separation. Sessions are paced carefully, always keeping the child’s emotional readiness and safety in mind. I create a supportive environment where trust can be restored over time and both parties feel seen, heard, and gently guided back into connection.
Parent Education & Emotional Support
Divorce and co-parenting often bring grief, anger, confusion, and guilt. This service offers parents individual guidance to process those emotions, understand how to stay grounded for their children, and explore tools for staying present during a chaotic time. It’s part education, part emotional reset, and fully supportive of your growth as a parent through transition.
Blended Family Support
Bringing two families together is rarely seamless. Blended Family Support helps stepparents, biological parents, and children navigate new roles, expectations, and household dynamics. Whether you're navigating loyalty conflicts, boundary setting, or simply trying to create harmony, these sessions provide support, structure, and space for everyone to adjust and thrive.
